Custom made | GFRG - GFRC - GFRP (Stucchitalia's "glass fibre reinforced" world)

GFRG

The excellent properties of GFRG, used in Stucchitalia productive processes, allow to implement the ideas of the client and his designer and to meet the expectations in practical terms, without putting any limits to creativity or to the technical needs, at the same time saving money and guaranteeing simplicity of installation.

The dimensional stability and the solidity of the decorative elements in GFRG, the great resistance to abrasions and impacts compared to common plaster, constitute a guarantee of longevity of the product, requiring minor retouching and maintenance interventions: for this reason, GFRG is particularly indicated for areas that are highly frequented.

GFRC

Born to allow designers the realization of complex and articulated buildings, Stucchitalia has followed GFRC with growing interest, composite material constituted by concrete of selected cements with very high mechanical strength reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibres, material which has shortly become the product used for particularly elaborated mouldings and with many details, and for exposed or perforated woks, whether for interiors or exteriors, thanks to its multiples features.

The GFRC is non-flammable, ideal for protective coverings, insoluble and waterproof, even for underwater installations. The GFRC has a great chemical resistance which make it ideal for use in particularly aggressive places, it is highly resistant to abrasions, to the elements and to UV rays, for panelling and facade decorations. Furthermore, the GFRC has a significant mechanical strength combined with unusual lightness for quick assemblies of continuous or composite facades, high formability with oxides, grits, powders and aggregates for finishings and special effect simulations.

GFRP

The GFRP, that is Polymers (or plastic resins), reinforced with Glass Fibre- commonly known as "Fibreglass"-is a composite material with endless qualities and characteristics.
The significant mechanical resistance given by the glass fibres allows the GFRP to absorb great quantity of impact energy in spite of the particularly thin thickness and low volume weight.
The versatility, the particularly smooth and compact finished aspect, the tightness to humidity and UV rays, the adaptability of the material to the most different colours and surface finishings, make GFRP particularly indicated for all those projects where lightness, resistance, low maintenance are required, at the same time wanting to obtain great and surprising effect.
